NOT YOUR AVERAGE NACHO

These nachos were ranked #2 in the BuzzFeed Top 30 Nachos in the U.S. So inevitably, challenge accepted.

Flavors taste better with a smile. “The manager told us that of customer service after he checked on us for the third time. I had clumsily spilled my beverage on the table, and without hesitation he walked over with another attendant, helped me clean it up and promptly replaced my drink. He took pride in his establishment, and ensured that his servers did as well. His customers are his priority. Service like this makes people want to keep coming back, and I’ll definitely be returning to Yucatan Taco Stand.

We came for the nachos! My sister-sister-in-law ( My sister in laws sister) had been to both of their locations and absolutely raved about them. She said the margaritas were good (and strong) and the nachos were massive.

We ordered the garlic shredded beef nachos with melted chihuahua cheese, chile con queso, roasted garlic aioli, queso fresco, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cilantro purple cabbage, sour cream, guacamole & jalapeños! Shared these nachos between three people and STILL didn’t finish them– which is especially disappointing because I am a certified Fat kid at Heart and hate to waste.

We also had the Latin Caterpillar Roll! A flour tortilla with tempura fish, asparagus, tomatoes, red onion, purple cabbage, queso fresco, guacamole, roasted garlic aioli and Mango Habanero Sauce. This was GOOD, with just enough kick to it.
